@JustWaIkAway hmmm odd. i havent had anyproblem with any of our parts but i dont buy the cheaper ones. you get what you pay for regardless of the brand. also i do agree the we give out the wrong parts sometimes but everytime i have seen it happen is because the customer gave us the wrong information. did you know that some light bulbs change if its a vehicle with 4wd or 2wd of the same year make and model? lol
@killertctma Ok: So “in my experience” here in Chicago, O’Reilly blows ’cause they don’t know anything about cars and they always make mistakes and sell me wrong parts and their customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. But the #1 flaw with O’Reilly is the quality of their products. They’re GARBAGE (almost as shitty as “duralast” parts).
@JustWaIkAway i dont know where you lve but ive been into advance auto and they suck. they dont know anything about what parts you need and half the time i walk in there no one is around to help me. they are all in the back chatting. but places and services change with the store. IMHO no two stores can be compared.
